Patterns and Molds
Our highly trained staff and large pattern facility are fully equipped to design, create and house any variety of patterns and molds. Having a large facility allows us the opportunity to create large patterns and store them for future use.
Our staff is fully trained to provide the quickest turnarounds for pattern development. They use a variety of different methods which include computer-generated design and reviews. Being trained with the use of programs such as AUTOCAD, Solid Works, and Magma simulation software to quickly and accurately create the pattern and core that is required.
Our Activities
Our facility carries out the following activities.
- Pattern and core box correction
- Mounting of pattern on match plates
- Fixing of gating and risers as per the methodology
- Handling and storage of patterns, mounting patterns, and core boxes
Our Capabilities
The capabilities of our facility include:
- Storage of more than 900 patterns and boxes
- Patterns for casting sizes range from 1/2″ to 42″
Over 900 patterns in storage
Our facility can create and store large patterns for future use.
